Returns & Refunds

At Eucy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• At least 80% of the product must remain
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at shannenmichaela@protonmail.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
