What is bee bread?+
Bee bread is pollen that bees pack into the hive and naturally ferment with raw honey. Fermentation unlocks the nutrients so your body can actually absorb them. Raw pollen mostly passes straight through.
How much should I take?+
A teaspoon with breakfast every morning is sufficient for most people. One 330g jar lasts about a month.
Is your skincare made from the same honey?+
Yes. Bee Milk and Lip Nectar are formulated on the farm with the same raw, antibiotic-free honey from our hives.
Any allergy concerns?+
If you have bee or pollen allergies, check with a medical professional before trying bee bread. Otherwise it is simply honey, fermented pollen and (in flavoured jars) real fruit or spice.
