Bee bread is pollen that bees pack into the hive and naturally ferment with raw honey. Fermentation unlocks the nutrients so your body can actually absorb them. Raw pollen mostly passes straight through.
How much should I take?+
A teaspoon with breakfast every morning is sufficient for most people. One 330g jar lasts about a month.
